There is a roof top available for shooting; this must be reserved at the time of shoot. I will need to know in advance if you plan on shooting on the rooftop.

There is guest parking in the front section of the garage, if the spaces are full, there is free street parking along Cartwright. There is a separate loading zone in the back, but there is no parking, once things are loaded the vehicle must be moved.

There is a loading zone in the front as well for larger production trucks it is recommended an attendant stay with the vehicle to avoid parking tickets. 

Space has natural light. Natural light can be blocked out

Lighting description

Two 5x3' windows that provide natural lighting, shades can be pulled down as seen in photos to alter the light.

Ambient noise description

Doesn't have soundproofing, but the building is an old fabric manufacturing building so it has decent soundproofing naturally.

Equipment loading description

There is no loading zone, but you may be able to bring stuff through the back there is only one step.

• Standard residential plugs 110-120V
• Circuit breaker can be accessed

General Rules

• Must be left clean, no ashes, marks, burns, or spills of any sort. 
• Catering or food is allowed, please dispose of all trash in trash bin.
• No excessive loud music. 
• All ages are allowed in the space
• Production insurance is not required
• Furniture and decorations may be moved
• Nothing to move but you can add wall decor as long as it can come out
• Smoke machines are allowed
• No nudity allowed
• Security cameras and recording devices

The building has security cameras, but there are no cameras inside the production studio.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
